What we collect
When you submit the planning or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel dates, destinations, group size, and notes, so that we can review your request and follow up manually about your Rwanda trip.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request and to arrange the transport, driver, or itinerary support you asked about. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the driver or local partner needed to arrange what you asked about, and where required by law.
Analytics
We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This helps us see which pages and routes are useful; it is not used to identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the details you submitted by replying to our follow-up message or using the contact form. This page explains our current practices in plain language and is not legal advice.
